This 9 year old vegetarian and vegan site was just added to the marketplace. The site is currently monetized via Amazon and Mediavine, and averages $3,257 per month from 301 live articles.

Traffic is up over the past year with the top 10 keywords on a mostly upwards trend. And the sale also includes some quality social channels on multiple platforms. The new owner is recommended to edit and update some of the existing content to grow organic traffic and fix some of the existing affiliate link errors.

This 4 month old kitchen site is also new to the marketplace. The site has 100 articles live and was merged with another related site back in November 2022 which is included in the sale. And the site currently averages $107 from Amazon and Adsense.

An estimated 84% of its ranking keywords target informational intent with traffic recently dipping so the new owner should focus on updating existing content and publishing more opinion-based affiliate content.

Last but not least, this 1 year, 8 months old dog site with 113 articles is averaging $115 per month from Amazon and Ezoic. And traffic is up from the same time last year.

An estimated 83% of its current ranking keywords target an informational intent however, while this niche offers a ton of affiliate opportunities such as Chewy. The site currently links to 20 out-of-stock products for an easy fix. And so the new owner can focus on adding more affiliate-focused content, updating existing content, and keeping on top of outbound links.

Finally on a personal note, even though I was on vacation for a few days this week, I've still been running!

I only have 10 days until the Boston Marathon. I've been training for several months, so I'm quite excited to participate again in this epic event.
